Thank you for your encouragement! + upcoming City meeting

First, I want to thank you all again so much for your support and encouragement! I’ve received so many kind messages encouraging me to stay in politics and keep fighting for good government.

Although it has been a rodeo, I intend to keep fighting for what’s right, but will be taking some much needed rest first.

Next week, the City Commission will return from its recess and resume meetings again. The meeting is September 7th, 3pm, at City Hall. The meeting agenda will be available on the 1st.

Also on the horizon:

• an election analysis / campaign debrief to share what we learned in the process

• November runoff elections — County District 2, 5, and at-large; Mayoral races

• November general election — Governor and a few state-level seats
